Pharmacy Cleaning

The object of cleaning and disinfecting is to achieve appropriate microbiological cleanliness levels for the class of cleanroom for an appropriate period of time. Thus the cleaning and disinfection of cleanrooms is an important part of contamination control, so we will either standard or triple clean. 

1. Surface clean entire area including – All ceilings, walls, floors, counter top, using a microbial disinfectant cleaner. Cleaning towels are Microfibers.

2. Clean all items on shelves, including cleaning shelves, inside cabinets, inside hoods, & inside booths with Sterile High Absorption Pre-Wet Wipes & a microbial disinfectant.

3. All trash cans sanitized inside & outside.

4. Sterile High Absorption Pre-Wet Wipes used for the Clean Room Booth.

1. Clean all surfaces with detergent and approved wipers/mop covers. 

2. Allow sufficient time for detergent to dry on all surfaces. 

3. Wipe down all surfaces with microbial disinfectant using approved wipers/mop covers. Also can use pre-wetted wipes. 

4. Allow sufficient time for disinfectant to dry to make sure there is no residue.
