Fire / Smoke Damper Inspections
Is your facility properly maintained to comply with state and local building codes? We follow set standards in our inspections, so allow our team of NFPA certified professionals to inspect your building's fire and smoke dampers and ensure their proper maintenance.
Our Process:
1. Locate each fire damper & mark on Drawings the location.
2. Mark on duct work the designated number for each damper.
3. Set off (trip) & reset each possible damper for working condition.
4. HEPA vacuum damper & frame system area.
5. Note any repairs needed (Access doors, linkage, etc.) and make arrangements for repairs.
Detailed spreadsheet report with marked up drawing to follow within 2 weeks of completion date. TJ & M is responsible for supplying ladders, HEPA vacs & misc. materials to complete the above work.
Certified for Installation, Testing, and Maintenance of Fire/Smoke Dampers as required by NFPA Standards.
