Microbial Remediation and Encapsulation
Remediation:
1. Install manufactured sandwich & cam access doors by Duct Mate manufacturer. Doors installed for proper access to duct.
2. Duct will also be accessed through flex duct connections if applicable
3. All duct will be put under negative pressure with our High efficiency vacuum/collection system which is detailed below. This will collect all contaminants.
4. Clean all interior supply/return duct with high pressured air whips and lance system & Aire Brush system.
5. Clean all diffusers & grilles on the supply & return duct for each unit.
Encapsulation:
1. After cleaning apply Carlisle Product RE-500 and/or RS-100 to all the lined duct. Apply with Graco 495 sprayer & controlling the overspray with our abatement system.
Abatement System
Collectors shall be fan powered, HIGH EFFICIENCY dust and particulate collection systems. The collectors shall be rated at 4500cfm; self-contained with appropriate components to adequately prevent dirt and debris loosened from entering the diffuser plenums. The filtration within the collection system shall be as a minimum, three stage filtration with the final being HEPA 99.99% efficient on .3 micron at rated flow.
