Air Handler Unit Cleaning & Sanitizing

1. Remove all filters and dispose of on site

2. Wash all interior surfaces of the air handler...Walls, ceiling, floors, fans, louvers, etc.. Cleaning with degreasers and sanitizers. Clean all coils with Coil Cleaner. 

3. After cleaning & degreasing sanitize all surface areas microbial disinfectant sanitizer.

4. Install owner supplied filters.
